Hi,

Please remember to get the kids to bring a water bottle with them to training it is thirsty work!!

Could you also please make sure the kids turn up ready to go boots on laces tied as this saves the coaches time. No jewelery either. Gumshields and scrum caps can be worn if you want.

Membership will be £40 payable to any of the mini coaches along with completed form which will be handed out on request.

Important Information :

• Item 1 Can you make sure that suitable footwear and cloting is worn to the session, and that Laces on boots tied securely prior to the session starting.
• Item 2 Make sure that a water bottle / drink (non-fizzy) is brought to training for use during the session. keeping hydrated during training is important.
• Item 3 Can you please make sure that any Medication that may be needed during the session, is brought to EVERY session. Asthma Inhalers are a prime example of this.
