How to complete the Annual Confirmation:

1. Log into your existing SCRUMS account.
2. Upon login, you will see a screen with information on various regulations and policies that govern the game in Scotland. Please tick to confirm that you have read and will comply with each item.
3. Press ‘SUBMIT’ to submit your response.

Important Information for Players:

Please complete the Annual Confirmation before your first scheduled match of the season.
If you do not complete the Annual Confirmation, you will be unavailable for teamsheet selection in SCRUMS and therefore, unable to play in Scottish Rugby competitions during season 2026/27.

All Coaches / Match Officials and Club Officials & Volunteers with a Role registered on SCRUMS are once again asked to complete the Annual Confirmation.
